note: Annual Memberships are due 1st of July each year, any member failing to pay the annual subscriptions within 30 Days from this date shall be considered unfinancial and shall have no membership rights and shall not be entitled to participate in any society activity. If such arrears are not paid within 60 working days of the due date the committee may terminate the member’s membership without notice.
